Shipping & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days for a full refund, or issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Final sale items Non Refundable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item manufacturing defects, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All shipping return charge must be pre-paid. All returns are subject to inspection by our quality inspector before a refund is processed. Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to sender.  We refund within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Da-Vinci will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
